500 displaced villagers from Kyike Hto unable to return home

HURFOM: At late 2024, the 310th artillery regiment had launched military operation and artillery attack to villages in Kyike Hto Township, Mon State and more than 500 villagers of 166 households from Kyike Hto Town, Pha Yar Lay and Yay Way villages of Kyike Hto Township and Kyauk Lone Gyi village of Bilin Township have to flee from their home.

At about 4 pm, an artillery shell dropped and exploded on a house in Ward #2, Kaw Ka Rate Town and the explosion injured two children.
