HURFOM: Since October 28th, 2024, a junta’s regiment has launched military operations in villages in Tha Yet Chaung Township, Tenasserim Division. The junta forces have burnt down houses, looted valuables from the houses of displaced villagers. They also shot and killed a local villager, according to local sources.

HURFOM: On October 11th, 2024, junta soldiers recklessly arrested and beat local villagers. The soldiers were shopping between Mell Pa Lee and War Khaw Pow villages, Bilin Township, Mon State.
57-year-old Saw San Win from Mell Pa Lee village was killed on the spot and seven other villagers were injured.

HURFOM: On October 29th, 2024, the military junta battled with the resistance forces in Nyin Htwe village, Yebyu Township, Tenasserim, and the 304th artillery regiment based in Kyout Ka Nyar village launched an artillery attack on the village to help their troops.
At least four artillery shells exploded in the village and the explosions killed 47-year-old U Tin Latt on the spot.
