Junta arrests Maw Ka Nin villager

HURFOM: At about 7 pm on June 16th, 2024, the Maw Ka Nin based 106th Light Infantry Battalion (LIB) arrested U Phoe Tote. He is in his 40s, and is from the 3rd Ward, Maw Ka Nin village, Ye Township, Mon State. The regiment accused him of having a connection with the Ye People’s Defense Force (YPDF). An excessive number of troops were sent to arrest him at his home.
