Junta’s air assault injures woman and child in Boat Pyin

HURFOM: At approximately 3 pm on March 10th, 2025, the military junta launched an air assault on Khell Chaung village near Pyi Gyi Mam Die Town, Boat Pyin Township, Tenasserim Division. The assault injured a local woman and a 9-year-old child.
There have been no active armed clashes in the area.
“The child sustained an injury to his thigh. Neither victim’s injuries are life-threatening. They have no need to be admitted to hospital but they are receiving treatment at the village clinic,” said a local source.
According to a local man, the air assault destroyed two houses in Khell Chaung village.
Since early 2025, the military junta has increased its air attacks and bombings in the Tenasserim Division. On March 3rd, the junta launched an air assault on Tha Mee Hla village, Tenasserim Township injuring two children and an elderly woman.
