Junta’s drone attack injures two local men in Bilin

HURFOM: On March 10th, 2025, the military junta dropped bombs by drone on R Luu Lay village, Bilin Township, Mon State resulting in two local men sustaining injuries.
The 3rd Light Infantry Battalion dropped bombs that targeted the security gate which is maintained by the Karen National Union. The explosion injured two 50-year-old men who were returning from their plantation.
U Than Hline sustained an injury to his right fingers, and U Tun Zaw sustained an injury to his back. Both were admitted to the Bilin Township General Hospital.
“There are displaced villagers from Phar Pon Township in our village. They haven’t returned home yet. Because the junta launched its drone attacks on our village, we have no place to run,” said a local woman.
From January to March 10th, 2025, drone and artillery attacks initiated by military junta have injured at least five residents in Bilin Township.
