The injured victim was sent to the Thaton District General Hospital for further treatment.
Both the military junta and the revolutionary forces have destroyed bridges and roads as a military tactic, which creates livelihood and transportation problems for villagers.
On June 29th, 2023, the “Kyone Ate” Bridge located on the Yangon – Mawlamyine Highway Road was also the target of an attack. Villagers and travelers experienced livelihood and transportation problems for months.
